The structure of our contracts and general conditions have been thought through to support your business and its growing needs while minimising the administrative burden. It is designed to go in line with the project management process.
Introduction Meeting
We set up a short video call to learn about your specific business case. Based on your needs we will show a set of advanced demos of solutions that we developed in the last 20 years.
Request for Proposal (RFP)
Based on the needs you described, we prepare a detailed offer for an in-depth analysis of your processes and desired outcome. Typically, we assign a Business Analyst to your project for around 20 to 50 hours.
Once you agreed with the term of the offer, we send you our General Conditions together with a Work Order.
As a result of this analysis, you receive a document that describes all the workflows and specifications of your project together with a detailed offer and milestones of development.
The Project
Once you have reviewed the specification document and signed the offer drafted in a second Work Order, we can start planning th development of your project.
No, you don’t even have to sign the General Conditions again, our collaboration can go on without further administrative burden.
